Environment and ethics are key parts of All4silver’s business model. We put a lot of efforts to improve ourself and provide the best for our customers an employees. We are not afraid to make mistakes as long as we learn from them and keep moving forward. As with anything in life, success begins on the inside. This is why we work hard to maintain a workplace that is safe and supportive for all.
Good and safe working condition is our highest priority. We understand and respect every worker’s right to a secure working environment. It’s very important to show flexibility especially in these particular times where government regulations can change our daily routine from one day to another.
Promoting Sustainable operation in the 21st Century
When sourcing our products we ensure that they all come from suppliers that align with our own ethical business code of conduct. This means that we look for suppliers that respect their employees’ human rights, do not support conflicts and are financially legitimate.
Also we execute testing on our products on regularly basis. Our products must not exceed certain limits of restricted substances. In order to control this, we do rigorous testing thru third party laboratories to ensure we are within the limits set by our customers. Ensuring reliability, quality, safety, and timely deliveries is our first priority.
All4silver only works with responsible manufacturer that aims to implement best-practices throughout the whole supply chain. All our suppliers are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC – please read our RJC-policy here) who are committed to ensuring the health, safety and protection of people who come into contact with our products and business, and we require high social, environmental and human rights standards among our suppliers.
We also make sure that Conflict Minerals is a part of our supplier’s corporate responsibility. Next to strict supplier risk assessments All4silver sticks to the Conflict Mineral Sourcing Policy which prevents the abuse of labour in sourcing countries.
Think Green
We are doing everything in our direct power to make a difference where it matters. Preserving our environment and being more and more sustainable are central points in our long-term environmental strategy. Sorting, recycling, using more ecological and responsible material are all efforts we do to minimize the negative impacts of our operations. We understand the importance of looking at the bigger picture, working for long-term results as opposed to short term profits.
