Payment Terms & Returns   

All prices displayed on our website are without VAT.

All4silver accepts most common payments like Credit Card, Paypal, Bank transfer and Bitcoin. During the checkout process you will be able to select the most suitable payment method.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit Card: Visa Card, American Express, MasterCard and most of other European credit cards companies.

PayPal: Simple and fast, you will be redirected to your Paypal account to finish the payment.

Bank Transfer: Note that some transfer might take up to 5 days depending on different bank institutions. Your order will be processed only when payment is confirmed from our side.

Bitcoin: On our website you can now pay with the most commonly used cryptocurrency "Bitcoin", it's fast and secured.

RETURN OF GOODS

In case you want to return some of the goods, you need to inform us within 7 days after delivery per email or per phone with the reason of your return.

If you have received a defect item, send us the picture of the item and after verification we will process to the refund.

If the product is not matching your expectations, return us the goods (shipping cost on your charge) and we will make a credit note in form of a coupon that you can use on your next order or refund you for your order or for the concerned products you wish to return.

FEES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED

In case you are located outside the EU (in a so-called third country), we would like to inform you and point out that you are solely responsible for the payment of any taxes, duties and customs fees or other governmental levies or any fees that may be imposed on your order according to the applicable laws and regulations in that country. Therefore, we would also ask you, in your own interest, to check with the relevant customs and tax authorities before ordering.

If the package is dispatched and you do not accept it, you will be charged the mentioned fees above for the entire process of returning the package to us at All4Silver SK. The fees will be deducted from the total amount. The refund will take place only after we have received the package and after we’ve properly inspected the entire content. This process can take up to 30 days.
